How is The Bikini Method different from a regular program such as Building The Bikini Body?

The Bikini Method is the closest thing to private coaching with Mark! You’ll receive a brand new training program every month, just like one of Mark’s private clients. You’ll also get ongoing app access, where you can log your weights, track your progress, and calculate your custom calories and macros.

You’ll have continuous access to Mark’s most up-to-date methods, and a detailed video breakdown each month explaining the program and how to load the bar. Plus, you’ll be part of an exclusive community of like minded women who are committed to reaching their goals. Work with Mark long term to achieve epic results like his private clients always do!

What equipment is required for the training program?

You will get access to both Gym and Home Gym training options each month. The gym program requires a fully-equipped gym with barbells, weight and pin loaded machines as well as cables and bands. 

To do the home gym program, you need to have a well-equipped home-gym. This includes:

  • A squat rack
  • Barbell and bumper weights
  • A range of dumbbells
  • An adjustable bench
  • Bands – short and long

The app has suggested swaps for any exercise that you cannot perform due to equipment or physical limitations.

What kind of nutrition guidance is included?

Learn how to set your calories and macros for your goals and use the calculator in the app to set them for you! Choose to build, maintain or cut and use flexible dieting to eat a healthy and balanced diet. The program includes nutrition education so that you can learn how to eat to achieve your goals and sustain them.

The nutrition guidance will provide you with a step-by-step system to understand how to set calories and macros to suit your fitness goals. Simply put, Mark’s nutritional systems are based on sound scientific principles and experience using these methods countless times with all of his clients around the world.

How does the app work?

You get ongoing iOS and Android app access with The Bikini Method! That means you will never lose access to your progress data and you will be able to adjust your nutrition based on your goals and preferences as often as you need! You’ll also have continuous access to the education that comes with the program.

How will I communicate with Mark?

Mark will be keeping up with you and your progress in the Facebook community, social media and the Instagram hashtag #TeamMarkCarroll. Be sure to tag @coachmarkcarroll so that he can see all your progress and follow your journey.

What kind of workouts are included?

Each training phase is 4-5 weeks long and consists of 3 lower body workouts and 2 upper body workouts. The program can be modified to a 4-day per week split if desired. A variety of exercises, rep schemes, tempo, and intensity techniques will be utilised each month to keep things new and exciting while ensuring progression in the gym. An optional 1-2 days of cardio each week is also included.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts vary from 60-70 minutes for the weight training sessions and 20-30 minutes for cardio. Please make sure you pay attention to the rest breaks and tempo provided to get the most of the program. You will also have a step target to hit each day outside the gym for health and fitness.
