HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM BUILDING THE BIKINI BODY?

  • The Strong Series is STRENGTH-FOCUSED training and is going to get you lifting heavier than ever whilst also creating your dream body and is best done in a build instead of a fat loss phase.
  • Building the Bikini Body is HYPERTROPHY-FOCUSED training and is more based around generalised bodybuilder training and is best accompanied with a build or fat loss phase.

STRENGTH TRAINING VS. BODYBUILDING

What’s the difference between strength training and my traditional hypertrophy training program?

  • Strong prioritises strength! These 12 week programs don’t include cardio, we focus on low reps and really get specific with your training to achieve the end result.
  • The goal of strength training is simply – get stronger. Strength improvement is the number 1 focus.
  • Building The Bikini Body is more varied, using traditional hypertrophy training and rep ranges between 6 to 20 plus reps.
