After you have done Building The Bikini Body Part 1 this program is the next program for you! Designed for progression following on from Bikini 1.0, you will take your transformation to new levels with new exercises for women.
You will be referring to Building The Bikini Body Part 1 for nutrition to suit your goals whether that is fat loss or building muscle, so it’s important you have Bikini 1 first.
This is a gym training program. You will use barbells, weight and pin loaded machines as well as cables and bands.
You will train 6 days a week following a lower and upper body split. You will train lower body three days a week and upper body three days a week also. You can choose to add in cardio for fat loss following Mark’s protocols.
The training program is more challenging in Bikini 2 as it’s designed to challenge you and take your training to the next level!
