    This is Part 3 of The Male Method. A training & nutrition program to transform the health, fitness and physiques of men. You can choose to build or cut with this program to get you the best transformation possible. Now a full one year series with Part 3 following on from Part 2, you must have done The Male Method Part 2 first.

    This is a gym training program. You will use barbells, weight and pin loaded machines as well as cables.

    This is a workout program for men! You will train 5 days a week following a lower and upper body split. You will train your lower body two days a week and upper body three times a week. You can choose to add in cardio for fat loss following Mark’s protocols.

    16 weeks of access to the app when you’re ready to start! Plus, you can keep the education guidebook forever (training programs are in-app only).
