This is Part 2 of The Male Method. A training & nutrition program to transform the health, fitness and physiques of men. You can choose to build or cut with this program to get you the best transformation possible. Now a 24 week series with Part 2 following on from Part 1, you must have done Part 1 first.
This is a gym training program. You will use barbells, weight and pin loaded machines as well as cables.
This is a workout program for men! You will train 5 days a week following a lower and upper body split. You will train your lower body two days a week and upper body three times a week. You can choose to add in cardio for fat loss following Mark’s protocols.
