Are you working out at home? You will receive both gym and home training options for you to swap between anytime! Home training program requires barbell and plated weights, range of dumbbells, squat rack, adjustable bench, bands.

You keep access to The Challenge on the App and website for 10 weeks. After the 10 weeks, you will no longer be able to access the educational content. Don’t stress about the training programs as we email these to you in PDF and Excel formats so that you can download and keep them forever.

You will gain instructions on how to download and use the CMC App via email when you sign-up.
