  • Beginner – 3 DAYS PER WEEK (FEMALE ONLY). If you’re new to training with Coach Mark Carroll’s methods, the beginners option of The Challenge is for you! It’s a great introduction to getting back on track with your goals as you only have 3 days of weights training per week. If you’re time-poor but still want to train like a boss, this program is for you! This is a female only program.
  • Intermediate – 4 DAYS PER WEEK (MALE & FEMALE). A program for people who are getting back into the groove of training and want to push themselves to get results faster. For the people who are busy but still want to train like one of the Pros and get the results they’re after. Get ready to work!
  • Advanced – 5 DAYS PER WEEK (MALE & FEMALE). The staple Coach Mark Carroll training program which is guaranteed to get you the results you want, quickly! 5 days per week of weights is designed to get you stronger, fitter and feeling more confident than ever. This program is created for the people who have used Coach Mark Carroll’s training before and are ready to commit and work hard.

Once you’ve purchased your Challenge, you will be given access to programs for training at home or in the gym in the app (no PDFs). You will also gain access to both nutritional education factors (cut and build) to ensure you select the right nutrition for your goals.

The Challenge comes with both gym and home gym options!

You keep access to The Challenge on the App for 10 weeks. After the 10 weeks, you will no longer be able to access the educational content or the training program. 

An expansive educational video library (over 80 videos!) to ensure you transform your lifestyle, habits and your health & fitness. The Challenge also includes an extensive exercise video library for you to learn and review all of the exercises in your program.

You will gain instructions on how to download and use the CMC App via email when you sign-up.
