HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM.

Your nutrition will determine whether you build muscle or cut body fat, but choosing one of the below goals will give you a different training experience.

  • You love a good cardio session and feel your best after a sweaty workout
  • Your goal is to feel your best & maintain your muscle mass and shape.
  • You want more balance in your training split
  • You want to lose body fat or maintain your weight.
  • You are a busy woman who can only get to the gym 3 days a week

HOW YOUR TRAINING WILL BE STRUCTURED:

  • Cardio and weights
  • 3 days cardio, 3 days weights
  • Whole body training days with low, medium and high rep ranges
  • Greater emphasis on fitness with 3 days of cardio work, training both aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
  • Male & female
  • Your goal is to cut body fat while maintaining your lean muscle.
  • You want to create more muscle tone and definition throughout your body
  • You love training in the gym
  • You want to do some cardio to help the fat loss process
  • You will be in a calorie deficit, choosing from 3 deficit levels.

HOW YOUR TRAINING WILL BE STRUCTURED:

  • Traditional Coach Mark Carroll Hypertrophy programs, focused on maintaining muscle & shaping your physique, whilst in a calorie deficit.
  • Home & gym training programs included
  • 5 days training
  • Male & female
  • Your goal is to build muscle
  • You will eat at maintenance calories or in a surplus
  • You’re happy with your weight and you want to create more shape.
  • You have been dieting for a while and you need to spend some time at maintenance

HOW YOUR TRAINING WILL BE STRUCTURED:

  • Traditional Coach Mark Carroll Hypertrophy programs, focused on building muscle & shaping your physique
  • Home & gym training programs included
  • 5 days training
  • Male & female
  • You are an Intermediate to advanced lifters
  • You have 2+ years experience with squatting and deadlifting in low rep ranges
  • Your goal is to lift heavier and increase your weights on squats and deads
  • You love strength training and setting goals to progress with weights lifted

HOW YOUR TRAINING WILL BE STRUCTURED:

  • Following a hypertrophy program, biased towards strength.
  • On this program you will have 2 heavier days to build strength using low reps
  • This is designed to not only build lean muscle mass but focus on driving up those numbers in the gym with a combination of strength days and hypertrophy.
  • This is a gym based training program.
